Inside Sales Executive – Cars (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

As an Inside Sales Executive for Dubizzle Cars, you will use your Arabic language skills and sales expertise to connect with customers, understand their automotive needs, and promote a range of value‑added services. The role is primarily telephone‑based with occasional field visits to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, handling cold, warm and hot leads.
• Consult customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate car services, insurance, warranties and financing.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals via calls, emails and texts.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Record all interactions, opportunities and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to sales management to improve processes and offerings.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4‑5 years of proven inside sales or telesales experience.
• Experience in selling used cars, car insurance, warranties or financing is a plus.
• Familiarity with the automotive market and value‑added services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Highly organized with aggressive follow‑up capabilities.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and meet deadlines.
