Inside Sales Representative – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to generate qualified leads for our cybersecurity portfolio, including next‑generation firewalls, endpoint protection, backup solutions, servers and storage. You will work closely with the Business Development team, using phone and email outreach to create new sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold‑calling campaigns to identify and qualify prospects.
• Use CRM and data‑mining tools to build and maintain prospect databases.
• Schedule appointments and prepare commercial proposals for the sales team.
• Follow up on client commitments, nurture relationships and develop profitable accounts.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends in security, networking, infrastructure and availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑4 years of proven lead‑generation experience in cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong motivation for cold calling and probing client needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of Malayalam and Hindi is a plus.
