Inside Sales Representative – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to generate qualified leads for our cybersecurity portfolio, including next‑generation firewalls, endpoint protection, backup solutions, servers and storage. The role involves proactive outbound outreach by phone and email to build relationships and support the broader sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold‑calling campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Utilise CRM and datamining tools to build and maintain prospect databases.
• Identify client needs and align them with our cybersecurity product suite.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, schedule appointments and coordinate with the Business Development team.
• Follow up on client commitments, nurture relationships and develop profitable accounts.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends in security, networking, infrastructure and availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑4 years of proven lead‑generation experience for cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong motivation for cold calling and probing client needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English, Malayalam and Hindi.

Required skills

• Knowledge of NGFW (next‑generation firewalls).
• Experience with endpoint security solutions.
• Familiarity with backup solutions, servers and storage technologies.
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms and datamining tools.
