Inside Sales Representative – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to generate qualified leads for our cybersecurity portfolio, including next‑generation firewalls, endpoint protection, backup solutions, servers and storage. The role involves proactive outreach by phone and email to build relationships with potential customers in Mumbai and Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold‑calling campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Use CRM and data‑mining tools to build and maintain prospect databases.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate hand‑offs to the Business Development team.
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
• Follow up on client commitments, track pipeline progress, and achieve lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3‑4 years of proven lead‑generation experience in cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong motivation for cold calling and probing client requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of Malayalam and Hindi is a plus.
