Inside Sales Representative – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to generate qualified leads for our cybersecurity portfolio, including next‑generation firewalls, endpoint protection, backup solutions, servers and storage. The role focuses on outbound outreach via phone and email to build relationships and support the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold‑calling campaigns to identify and qualify prospects.
• Use CRM and data‑mining tools to build and maintain prospect databases.
• Schedule appointments, prepare commercial proposals and hand over qualified leads to the Business Development team.
• Identify sales opportunities by understanding client needs and industry trends in security, networking and infrastructure.
• Follow up on commitments, nurture relationships and develop new account pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑4 years of proven lead‑generation experience for cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong motivation for cold calling and probing questions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Malayalam and Hindi.

Required skills

• NGFW (next‑generation firewall) knowledge.
• Endpoint Security expertise.
• Backup Solutions familiarity.
• Servers and storage solutions understanding.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data‑mining tools.
