Inside Sales & Social Media Executive – Dubai (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales & Social Media Executive to join our Dubai team. The role combines inbound sales support with the management of our social media channels to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails and WhatsApp messages, qualify inquiries and follow up on leads.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and track order progress through the CRM system.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth order processing.
• Manage company pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok, creating posts, reels and captions.
• Respond to comments, direct messages and customer queries on social platforms.
• Set up and monitor basic paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads.
• Keep an eye on social media trends and suggest ideas to improve visibility.

Required profile

• 0‑1 year of experience in inside sales, tele‑sales or social media (freshers welcome).
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and presentable with a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Canva for graphic creation.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads platform and content‑scheduling tools.
• Computer literate – MS Office and Google Sheets.
