Inside Sales Specialist

About the role

BearingNorthAI is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join its remote sales team. You will focus on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads and setting up qualified meetings for the sales engine. The role supports the company’s AI‑driven solutions for infrastructure and construction markets across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to generate new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Prepare and share tailored proposals that address customer use cases.
• Follow up consistently to move prospects toward a qualified meeting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to refine messaging and ensure smooth hand‑overs.
• Track activity metrics and meet weekly/monthly meeting targets.

Required profile

• Proven inside‑sales experience with a track record of pipeline management.
• Strong lead‑generation and prospect‑qualification abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable with virtual presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.
• Experience selling to SMEs or mid‑market customers in the UAE is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
