Inspector - Mechanical - Building Construction

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Mechanical Inspector to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will carry out comprehensive inspections of mechanical systems on building construction projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and local building codes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical‑mechanical installations.
• Verify that all work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE building regulations.
• Identify defects, non‑conformances, and deviations, documenting findings with photos and detailed reports.
• Communicate inspection results to project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate remediation actions and re‑inspect corrected work.
• Maintain organized inspection records, logs, and project documentation.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks to confirm proper functioning of mechanical systems before handover.
• Stay updated on relevant codes, standards, and industry best practices in the UAE.
