Institutional Forex Relationship Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Institutional Forex Relationship Manager to lead and grow our portfolio of institutional clients in the Forex, CFD and broader financial markets. The role focuses on acquiring new business, converting leads and maintaining long‑term relationships to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard institutional clients across the Forex and CFD sectors.
• Drive lead conversion and manage the full sales cycle to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships to ensure client retention and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored market solutions and support client trading activities.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve product offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Forex, CFD or related financial markets.
• Prior experience in institutional Forex or financial services is preferred.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and client‑handling abilities.
• Target‑driven, performance‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Malayalam is strongly preferred; Hindi or Urdu is a plus.
