Institutional Relationship Manager – Crypto Derivatives

About the role

Bybit, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for an Institutional Relationship Manager to drive sales of crypto derivatives and options to institutional clients. The senior‑level professional will cover global markets, targeting trading firms, market makers and other institutional partners, and will be responsible for expanding Bybit’s institutional footprint in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new institutional clients in the crypto derivatives market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing trading firms and market makers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Provide client feedback to product and development teams.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to align offerings.
• Prepare regular sales performance and market insight reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience selling crypto derivatives or options.
• Proven track record with trading firms, market makers, or other institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of global crypto markets and financial instruments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
