Insurance Advisor – Medical & P&C Sales (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join a leading global health insurance broker’s Abu Dhabi team. You will focus on building a direct portfolio of medical and general insurance solutions for SME and corporate clients, leveraging strong relationships with the market’s top carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new SME and corporate business across Abu Dhabi.
• Develop and maintain direct relationships with local insurance carriers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Work independently while collaborating with the broader broker network.

Required profile

• Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably medical insurance; P&C experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi insurance market and existing client relationships.
• Residency in Abu Dhabi.
• Arabic language skills preferred.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and hustle on the ground.
