Insurance Assistant – Customer Service (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Insurance Assistant to join our Dubai insurance kiosk. The role involves face‑to‑face interaction with walk‑in customers, assisting them with policy enquiries, renewals and related services while promoting our insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk‑in customers at the kiosk in a courteous manner.
• Handle enquiries on policies, coverage, renewals, endorsements, claims status and other service requests.
• Provide accurate information on insurance products and identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
• Support policy issuance, renewals, amendments and ensure required documentation is completed.
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims and operations teams to resolve customer requests efficiently.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, renewals and outstanding documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in company systems and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Comfortable working in a shift‑based, retail‑environment including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
