Interim Finance Manager – Dubai (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager on an interim basis to lead the financial function of a Dubai‑based industrial and manufacturing organisation. This 6‑month fixed‑term role will focus on strengthening budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting.
• Prepare and present financial reports to support strategic decision‑making.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance to maintain stability and support growth.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting and finance team.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with organisational objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Immediate availability and experience working in both the UAE and African markets.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts and cash flow effectively.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
