Interior Design Associate Director

About the role

TGP International is seeking a highly creative Senior Associate/Associate Director to lead its interior design studio in Dubai. The role sits at the intersection of hospitality and design, delivering world‑class restaurants, bars, food halls and other guest‑focused environments across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver creative design solutions for small, medium and large projects across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
• Lead projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring storytelling and guest experience remain central.
• Produce concept presentations, test fits, spatial planning and 3D models.
• Review detailed drawing packages, finishes and FF&E specifications, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and industry partners.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in hospitality interior design.
• Passion for food, hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
