Internal Audit Graduate Programme – Dubai

About the role

Join the Internal Audit team of a leading international insurance organisation in Dubai. This position is designed for fresh graduates and early‑career professionals, offering hands‑on exposure to audit processes, risk assessments, compliance and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing internal audit engagements.
• Perform risk assessments and evaluate internal controls.
• Support AML and regulatory compliance reviews.
• Prepare audit documentation, workpapers and reporting materials.
• Collaborate with senior auditors to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking & Finance, Audit, Risk Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or early‑career candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
