Internal Audit Manager – Business Audit & Forensics

About the role

Bybit is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead business audit engagements and conduct forensic investigations. The role combines strong audit fundamentals with investigative rigor, focusing on evaluating control environments and tracing irregularities to their root cause.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute risk‑based audit engagements across operational, financial, and business functions.
• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, identifying gaps and inefficiencies.
• Draft high‑quality audit reports that communicate findings, root causes, business impact, and actionable recommendations to management and the Board.
• Monitor remediation progress and ensure timely closure of audit issues.
• Lead or support fraud investigations, ethics violations, and whistleblower cases, including evidence collection and forensic analysis of financial transactions.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of suspicious activities, trace transaction flows, identify anomalous patterns, and document evidence for management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal audit, preferably within financial services, cryptocurrency, or fintech.
• Demonstrated expertise in forensic investigation and fraud case handling.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to senior management and board members.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a results‑oriented approach.
