Internal Communications Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to join a dynamic organisation in Dubai. The role focuses on shaping employee experience through compelling content, internal campaigns and events that reinforce the company’s culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute internal communication plans that align with business objectives.
• Create and curate engaging materials such as newsletters, announcements, leadership messages, blogs and multimedia content.
• Manage internal communication channels and platforms to boost employee interaction.
• Organise and facilitate town‑hall meetings, recognition programmes and other employee‑engagement events.
• Collaborate with HR and senior leaders to convey business updates and cultural initiatives.
• Track the impact of communications using surveys, engagement metrics and feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement or corporate communications.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate cross‑functional projects.
• Strong organisational skills and experience planning internal events.
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory.
