Inventory & Audit Assistant

About the role

The Inventory & Audit Assistant will join Medon Pharmacy’s Inventory Control and Auditing team, supporting regular physical stock counts and audits across pharmacy branches in the UAE. This position involves close collaboration with pharmacy, warehouse, and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock records and effective inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct physical stock counts and inventory audits at Medon Pharmacy locations.
• Verify physical stock against system records and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit detailed stock count and audit reports.
• Assist the Inventory Controller in daily inventory control activities.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and warehouse teams to resolve stock issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Travel to various pharmacy branches across the UAE as required.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Higher Secondary.
• Previous experience in inventory control, stock auditing, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of stock counting and inventory procedures.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UAE.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
