Inventory Manager

About the role

The Inventory Manager will lead inventory operations across our retail stores, warehouses and distribution channels in Dubai. You will ensure optimal stock availability, accurate records and efficient movement while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full inventory cycle from receiving and storage to distribution and store replenishment.
• Monitor stock levels across stores and warehouses to maintain optimal availability.
• Develop and enforce inventory control procedures, policies and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP, POS and inventory management systems.
• Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses and retail locations.
• Track slow‑moving, fast‑moving, excess, damaged and obsolete inventory.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, sales and retail teams to ensure smooth stock flow.
• Analyse historical sales and inventory data to support replenishment and purchasing decisions.
• Monitor key inventory KPIs such as turnover, availability, shrinkage and working capital.
• Prepare regular inventory reports and provide insights to management.
• Support inventory planning for new store openings, promotions, seasonal demand and product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in retail.
• Strong understanding of retail inventory processes, stock replenishment and warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to work with multiple departments and manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.

• Experience with inventory management software.
• Advanced Excel skills for large‑volume data analysis.
