Investment Associate

About the role

The Investment Associate will support the Investment and Development Office (IDO) in Ras Al Khaimah by optimizing the existing portfolio and executing M&A transactions. Working under the direction of Investment Directors and VPs, the role combines analytical work with hands‑on transaction execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build analytical foundations for performance‑improvement initiatives and support implementation alongside senior leadership.
• Conduct industry and company research for portfolio reviews and Investment Committee submissions.
• Consolidate operational data from portfolio companies and contribute to IC and PRC documentation.
• Lead M&A transaction processes, coordinate workstreams, manage third‑party advisors, and develop full financial models, projections and valuations.
• Support the Rating department by providing analysis, commentary and timely responses to rating agency queries.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a strong interest in investment analysis and M&A.
• Ability to work under senior leadership, manage multiple workstreams and interact with portfolio‑company management.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail for preparing investment and rating documentation.
