Investment Banking Off Cycle Internship Programme - Dubai

About the role

Join Jefferies' fast‑growing MENA Investment Banking team in Dubai for a 2027 off‑cycle internship. You will work alongside senior bankers on live M&A, equity and debt transactions, gaining hands‑on exposure to the full suite of investment‑banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial valuations, including discounted cash flow (DCF) and multiples‑based analysis.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to support deal structuring.
• Prepare pitchbooks, management presentations, offering memorandums and prospectuses.
• Conduct industry, product and market research to inform client recommendations.
• Analyse corporate and financial information for potential transactions.
• Participate in the execution of M&A, equity capital markets (ECM) and debt capital markets (DCM) deals.
• Interact with clients, potential buyers and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of Jefferies' MENA franchise.
