Investor & Fundraising Specialist (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to enlist an experienced Investor and Fundraising Specialist. The role focuses on training a new language model to generate high‑quality professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks used in startup fundraising and venture capital workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated pitch decks, data‑room indexes, and investor update memos.
• Develop cap‑table summaries, term‑sheet overviews, and limited‑partner (LP) reports.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure outputs meet industry standards for accuracy and presentation.
• Provide feedback on model performance and suggest improvements for document craftsmanship.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in startup fundraising, venture capital, or investor relations.
• Proven track record building pitch decks, data‑room structures, and investor communications.
• Deep understanding of cap‑table mechanics, term‑sheet structuring, and reporting expectations of LPs and institutional investors.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Excel for financial modeling and cap‑table analysis.
• Expert‑level PowerPoint skills for creating polished slide decks.
