About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic IRD Order Taker to join the Food & Beverage team at W Hotels in Dubai. The role focuses on taking guest orders, communicating them to the kitchen, and ensuring a smooth, memorable dining experience for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and coordinate timing with service staff.
- Serve guests promptly, answer menu questions, and handle payment transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, including table settings and workstations.
- Assist with stocking, replenishing supplies, and basic inventory checks.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than one year of related experience in a hospitality or food‑service environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg unassisted (or 50 kg with assistance).
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
