Irrigation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Manager to lead the planning, execution, operation, and maintenance of large‑scale landscape irrigation projects across the UAE. The role involves overseeing multiple sites, ensuring quality delivery, and complying with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, operation, and maintenance of extensive landscape irrigation systems.
• Manage projects across multiple sites, controlling budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Oversee irrigation networks, pump stations, filtration systems, controllers, valves, and water tanks.
• Review designs, hydraulic calculations, water demand analyses, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover of completed systems.
• Ensure compliance with UAE water authority regulations, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams and site staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years UAE experience in landscaping, with at least 5 years in a managerial irrigation role.
• Proven expertise in large‑scale irrigation planning, execution, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic calculations and water management.
• Experience managing manpower, equipment, materials, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Valid UAE driving license.
