Islamic Finance Executive – Personal Finance (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Islamic Finance Executive will be responsible for sourcing personal finance products for the target segment in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded while adhering to ADIB policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Source Al Khair / Tadawul personal finance products to the specified target segment and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with institutions and governmental departments and visit them to meet potential customers.
• Prepare and review standard credit applications, verify authenticity of documents, and forward them for processing.
• Execute Murabaha contracts, prepare files according to checklists, and ensure disbursement within 24 hours of signing.
• Ensure all deals are error‑free, monitor file activation, and notify relevant parties of any delays.
• Provide timely and confidential service to customers while complying with office timings and secrecy norms.
• Cross‑sell other banking products on a best‑effort basis and escalate customer complaints when necessary.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s retail banking products and services.
• Fair understanding of service standards, sales techniques and basic computer skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and associated risks.
• Awareness of local market competitors.
