About the role
Synechron is seeking an IT Developer for an immediate opening in Dubai. The position is full‑time and targeted at candidates with 0‑2 years of experience. The role follows a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days remote each week. Candidates must be Emirati nationals fluent in Arabic and English. As part of a global technology consulting firm, the developer will contribute to projects involving AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and data engineering.
Required profile
- A Diploma in Information Technology or a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, as specified in the educational requirements.
- 0‑2 years of relevant experience in software development or related IT roles.
- Emirati nationality with fluency in both Arabic and English, to support client communication and internal collaboration.
Required skills
- SQL, for querying and managing relational databases.
- Application development, including building, testing, and maintaining software solutions.
- Understanding of databases, covering design principles and data storage concepts.
