IT Engineer – Bloomberg & AV Experience

About the role

We are looking for a Level 1 IT Support Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves providing both onsite and remote technical assistance to end‑users, with a focus on Bloomberg Terminal and Audio‑Visual (AV) systems.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Configure, deploy and maintain Windows‑based devices.
• Troubleshoot Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 and general software issues.
• Log and manage incidents using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Support Bloomberg Terminal applications and resolve related problems.
• Set up, test and maintain AV equipment and meeting‑room technology from scratch.
• Ensure issues are resolved within SLA targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in IT/Desktop support.
• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• Ability to work both onsite and remotely.
