IT Executive

About the role

The company in Dubai is seeking an IT Executive to lead and support its technology infrastructure on‑site. The role focuses on maintaining reliable IT operations, ensuring system security, and providing day‑to‑day technical assistance to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Support IT systems and server operations, monitoring performance and conducting routine maintenance.
• Configure, install, and maintain computers, laptops, printers and other IT devices.
• Manage software installations, updates, licensing, and ensure compliance.
• Implement and uphold IT security measures and data protection practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver prompt end‑user support.
• Assist with hardware upgrades and server administration tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in IT support, system administration or a similar role (preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
