IT Intern – UAE

About the role

As an IT Intern you will support the UAE IT function in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across Everllence’s local business. Working closely with the regional IT team, you will gain hands‑on experience in end‑user support, asset management, infrastructure tasks and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Configure, test and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Assist end users with Microsoft 365 applications and remote assistance.
• Coordinate with central IT and service‑desk teams to resolve escalated incidents.
• Support IT onboarding activities for new employees.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle documentation.
• Help develop and maintain IT policies, procedures and documentation.
• Liaise with external vendors and internet service providers for support activities.
• Contribute to network, information‑security and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Monitor and track local IT incidents and service requests.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server operating systems.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and remote support tools.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
