IT Manager – Lead Infrastructure & Security

About the role

Driven Properties is seeking an experienced, hands‑on IT Manager to lead IT operations, infrastructure, security and support across its headquarters and branch offices in the UAE. Reporting to the COO, you will manage a team of IT Engineers and support staff, ensuring reliable services for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and continuously improve IT infrastructure including networks, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, servers, storage and telephony.
• Administer Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID), manage access controls and licensing.
• Oversee cybersecurity measures, endpoint protection, MDM, patch management, MFA, backups and disaster‑recovery planning.
• Lead the IT support function, ensuring timely issue resolution and equipment provisioning for new joiners and de‑provisioning for leavers.
• Manage relationships with vendors, telecom providers, hardware suppliers and software licensing contracts.
• Maintain the IT asset register and supervise the full hardware lifecycle.
• Control the annual IT budget, monitor expenditures and report to senior management.
• Plan and deliver IT projects such as office expansions, network upgrades, AV and infrastructure improvements.
• Coach, develop and cross‑train the IT team while documenting critical processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking and Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing IT support teams, vendors, budgets and infrastructure projects.
• Solid understanding of information security, access management, backup and disaster recovery.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• UAE experience preferred.
