IT Pre‑sales Engineer (IT Infrastructure & Active Components)

About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Presales Engineer to support business development and project delivery teams. The role focuses on designing, sizing and proposing IT infrastructure solutions—including networking, servers, storage, virtualization and security—for enterprise and government clients.
Key responsibilities
- Work with sales and project teams to understand client requirements and design end‑to‑end IT infrastructure solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, bills of materials, statements of work and solution diagrams aligned with RFPs/RFQs.
- Deliver technical presentations, demos and proof‑of‑concepts for enterprise and government customers.
- Document designs and support hand‑over to implementation teams.
- Collaborate with procurement and vendors to obtain accurate quotations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure presales or solution design.
- Strong knowledge of active network components (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, HPE Aruba, Ruijie) and data‑center infrastructure.
- Hands‑on experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V, KVM) and server/storage platforms (Dell, HPE, Lenovo).
- Familiarity with cloud and hybrid solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure and AWS.
