About the role
We are seeking an IT Software Account Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on managing existing customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and acquiring new customers for our software and IT solutions portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and expand existing Abu Dhabi customer accounts through upselling and cross‑selling.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and acquire new customer logos.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
- Assess customer needs and propose appropriate software, ITSM, security and AI solutions.
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in software and IT solutions account management.
- Demonstrated experience working with customers in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
