IT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, people‑friendly IT Specialist to join our Dubai office. You will be the first point of contact for technical queries, providing hands‑on support to users across the business while ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and network services.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for in‑person and online technical queries.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and basic network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices and related software.
• Provide clear, step‑by‑step assistance to end‑users.
• Log, track and, when necessary, escalate incidents.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including access rights and device provisioning.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of all IT assets.
• Ensure compliance with data‑protection and device‑security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or service‑desk role.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Microsoft or Cisco certifications are a plus.
• Strong time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Methodical, helpful and user‑first attitude.
