IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are partnering with a leading UAE institution that is building a digital‑first, AI‑enabled financial services organization. As an IT Support Engineer you will ensure day‑to‑day technology reliability for the whole business, helping colleagues stay productive while upholding high service and control standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide workplace technology support, end‑user assistance, and corporate IT systems administration.
• Support the daily delivery of IT support across the organization.
• Maintain high standards of quality, timeliness, user service, and operational control.
• Execute and continuously improve IT support processes, procedures, and records.
• Escalate risks and issues promptly to preserve a well‑controlled environment.
• Assist with audits, reviews, and regulatory requests when required.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience in IT support or a closely related discipline.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of workplace technology, end‑user support, and corporate IT systems.
• Ability to deliver support work to defined standards and production quality.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a user‑focused, service‑oriented approach.
• Comfortable working in a controlled environment with clear processes and documentation.
