IT Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization’s IT infrastructure. The role involves administering servers, networks, user accounts, security systems, and IT services while ensuring reliable and secure day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and monitor Windows and Linux servers and related IT systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and access controls.
• Monitor network and system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and respond to help‑desk escalations.
• Perform system backups, recovery procedures, and disaster‑recovery activities.
• Apply security patches, antivirus protection, and system hardening across the environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or VMware are an advantage.
