About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong banking domain experience to lead a large‑scale Genesys migration program for a bank. The role involves coordinating stakeholders, vendors and technology teams to deliver the migration within scope, budget, timelines and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage the Genesys Cloud migration program from the bank’s side.
Coordinate multiple stakeholders, vendors, technology teams and business units.
Ensure delivery aligns with scope, budget, timelines and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
Proven experience managing Genesys Cloud implementation or migration projects.
Strong technical project management and vendor/stakeholder management skills.
