J.C.B Operator – Construction Equipment Operator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable J.C.B Operator to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will operate J.C.B equipment safely, support daily site activities and ensure machinery is well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Operate J.C.B equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on J.C.B machinery.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.
• Collaborate with team members to keep projects on schedule and to high standards.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Clean and properly store equipment after use.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating J.C.B equipment.
• Valid J.C.B operator certification.
• Strong understanding of construction and infrastructure processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to work outdoors in challenging environments.
