Joinery and Fit‑Out Supervisor

About the role

Royal Joinery is seeking a motivated Joinery and Fit‑Out Supervisor to lead on‑site activities for interior fit‑out and joinery projects. You will ensure that work is executed safely, on schedule, and to the high quality standards expected by the company and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily joinery and fit‑out activities at the project site.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and on‑site workers.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.
• Monitor workmanship quality and conduct site inspections.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Track project progress, report updates to management, and resolve site issues.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
• Support project handover and any required rectification work.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in joinery and interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery works, fit‑out materials, and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Proven leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Effective problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations on construction sites.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
