Joinery Sales Executive

About the role

Our client, a leading joinery and interior fit‑out company in the UAE, is looking for an experienced Joinery Sales Executive to drive new business and secure residential and commercial interior projects across the region. The role involves full‑cycle sales from lead generation to project award, working closely with design, estimation and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for joinery and interior fit‑out projects across the UAE.
• Source villa, residential, commercial and building interior projects through developers, consultants, contractors, architects and interior designers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat business.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and presentations to understand project requirements and recommend suitable joinery solutions.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and tender submissions in coordination with estimation and technical teams.
• Follow up on proposals, negotiate commercial terms and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in the UAE joinery, interior fit‑out, furniture or construction industry.
• Proven track record sourcing villa and building interior projects within the UAE.
• Strong network of consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, developers and project owners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
