About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Barista to join our café team in Al Ain. You will prepare high‑quality specialty coffee drinks, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and support daily operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate espresso machines and coffee equipment to craft consistent specialty beverages.
- Prepare and serve coffee orders while maintaining attention to detail.
- Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and stocked.
- Handle customer orders efficiently and provide friendly service.
- Assist with overall café operations, including opening and closing tasks.
Required profile
- Energetic and customer‑focused with a passion for specialty coffee.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Positive attitude, team player, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast‑moving environment.
Required skills
- Experience with espresso machines.
- Knowledge of specialty coffee beverage preparation.
- Familiarity with coffee equipment maintenance.
