Junior Brand Manager – Derma (Eucerin)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to support the Derma line (Eucerin) in Dubai. You will work closely with senior brand managers and cross‑functional teams to drive innovation, marketing and commercial execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate innovation and relaunch projects, tracking milestones, risks and deliverables.
• Support launch planning, execution and post‑launch evaluation.
• Analyse category trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to shape communication and activation strategies.
• Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, influencer, e‑commerce and in‑store channels.
• Manage artwork development, packaging approvals and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Support S&OP processes, budget monitoring, purchase order creation and invoice processing.
• Ensure strong brand visibility offline and online, collaborating with sales, media and e‑commerce teams.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in brand or marketing management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data (e.g., Nielsen).
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with market research tools (e.g., Nielsen).
• Familiarity with digital marketing, e‑commerce and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of budgeting and purchase order processes.
