Performance Marketing Specialist (Remote, Full Time)

About the role

alist is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own the planning, execution, and optimisation of Meta and Google paid media campaigns. The role is fully remote and focuses on driving lead generation, creator acquisition and business growth for a portfolio of 3,000+ brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and manage end‑to‑end Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with a B2B focus.
• Develop campaign structures, audiences, creatives and copy across lead‑generation, brand‑awareness and acquisition objectives.
• Monitor performance, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimise based on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Allocate budgets, troubleshoot under‑performing ads and produce regular performance reports for the Marketing Manager.
• Support creator acquisition initiatives, conduct creator research and assist with outreach for major client campaigns.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of hands‑on digital/performance marketing experience.
• Proven track record managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
