Junior Customer Excellence Associate

About the role

Join Sarwa, a fast‑growing fintech platform, as a Junior Customer Excellence Associate. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering high‑quality service and helping build trust in the region’s financial system.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, chat, social media and review sites.
• Manage escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify areas for improvement in the customer journey and propose solutions.
• Promote Sarwa’s brand values and maintain a consistent, professional image.
• Work within rotating shift schedules to meet business needs.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional Arabic, Urdu or Hindi is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a comparable field (humanities accepted).
• 1‑2 years of client‑facing experience, preferably handling escalated issues.
• Comfortable with change, proactive, quick learner and detail‑oriented.
• Flexible availability for varying shift patterns.
