Junior Foreman – Site Coordination

About the role

As a Junior Foreman you will support the senior Foreman in daily site operations, helping to keep construction activities safe, on schedule, and of high quality. You will work closely with crews, chargehands, and site supervisors to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Foreman in supervising site operations and coordinating labour teams.
• Promote safe working practices, enforce PPE use, and monitor hazardous material handling.
• Interpret construction drawings to guide teams on technical requirements.
• Prepare the site, allocate resources, and align activities with the project plan.
• Communicate task directions clearly to chargehands and workforce.
• Track team performance and suggest improvements for productivity and resource use.
• Maintain accurate daily records of site activities.

• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
