Junior Internal Audit Manager – Dubai

About the role

Arla Foods is looking for a Junior Internal Audit Manager to join its UAE office. You will help build a strong internal control environment by developing policies, monitoring compliance, and identifying improvement opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business objectives, risks and evaluate key controls.
• Assist in designing and executing operational audits to assess control adequacy and compliance.
• Develop preliminary findings and realistic recommendations for control enhancements.
• Test the effectiveness of internal controls and support remediation efforts.
• Ensure adherence to Arla Minimum Controls as defined in the catalogue.
• Visit remote depots and functional divisions to assess controls and report findings with improvement plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field (FMCG experience preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in private or public accounting, auditing, or consulting.
• Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical and critical‑thinking capabilities.
