Junior Legal Counsel – UAE Nationals

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join Six Construct, a BESIX Group subsidiary in Dubai. The role offers exposure to corporate legal work within a leading international construction company and is open to UAE nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Support legal matters related to contracts, tenders, governance and dispute management.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing and analysing legal documents.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and collaborate with various departments.
• Conduct legal research and contribute to the preparation of legal opinions.
• Help align legal strategy with business operations under senior counsel guidance.

Required profile

• Holder or final‑year student of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• Strong interest in corporate, construction and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to understand and summarise legal documents accurately.
• High level of ethics, integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Knowledge of employment and HR matters, including employment agreements.
• Familiarity with corporate matters such as Power of Attorney.
