Junior Logistics Assistant

About the role

The Junior Logistics Assistant will support the Logistics Manager in ensuring products reach stores across the UAE, KSA and Qatar on time and in full. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing documentation, and maintaining inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the planning team and suppliers to ensure smooth stock movement and proper documentation.
• Manage supply‑chain costs and service levels, keeping freight and warehouse expenses within budget.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date shipment tracker and ensure ERP logistics and inventory processes run efficiently.
• Verify freight and warehouse invoices and perform monthly reconciliations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in inventory, stock or logistics roles, preferably in retail.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
