Junior Paralegal – FMCG Industry

About the role

The Junior Paralegal will provide essential legal support to a fast‑moving FMCG company in Dubai. You will assist the legal department in ensuring compliance, managing contracts and maintaining corporate records.

Key responsibilities

• Support corporate governance by maintaining company records, statutory registers and filing corporate resolutions.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, NDAs and other legal documents, tracking renewals and key obligations.
• Assist in developing and monitoring corporate policies and compliance frameworks.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulators, external counsel and notaries for approvals, registrations and renewals.
• Support due‑diligence, KYC processes and cross‑border corporate structures.
• Maintain legal filing systems and provide ongoing support for contract administration and ad‑hoc legal projects.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Law or Legal Studies.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.
• Excellent organisational and research abilities.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
