Junior Paralegal

About the role

Join a multinational FMCG company in Dubai as a Junior Paralegal. You will support corporate governance and legal operations, gaining exposure to a fast‑moving commercial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support corporate governance by maintaining company records, resolutions, statutory registers and corporate filings.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, NDAs and other legal documentation, tracking renewals and key obligations.
• Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring corporate policies and compliance frameworks.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulators, external counsel and notaries to manage approvals, registrations and renewals.
• Support due diligence, KYC processes, cross‑border corporate structures and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain legal filing systems and provide ongoing support for contract administration and ad‑hoc legal projects.

Required profile

• Relevant educational qualifications in Law or Legal Studies.
• Proficient in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.
• Excellent organisational and research skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using legal databases and software tools.
