Junior Recruiter – Real Estate Agents

About the role

Land Sterling is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join its People Team in Dubai. You will focus on attracting and hiring real‑estate agents and brokers for a fast‑growing brokerage, while also supporting recruitment across other business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit real‑estate agents and brokers using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and a personal network of Dubai‑based real‑estate professionals.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial calls, discuss compensation expectations and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and manage their progression.
• Assist with recruitment for other service lines such as valuations, project management, finance and corporate functions when needed.
• Prepare offers, coordinate pre‑employment documentation and support onboarding of successful hires.
• Keep accurate recruitment trackers, update job advertisements and work towards agreed hiring targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience within Dubai’s real‑estate sector.
• Proven track record of recruiting real‑estate agents or brokers.
• Existing network of real‑estate professionals in Dubai is highly desirable.
• Proactive, organised and able to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.
